【目的】長時間作用型GLP-1受容体作動薬のうち，1日1回投与のLiraglutideと週1回投与のDulaglutideを使用した際の心拍数に与える影響を検討した。【方法】対象は当院に入院し，LiraglutideまたはDulaglutideを新規導入し7日間以上使用した2型糖尿病患者24名［Liraglutide群（L群）12名，Dulaglutide群（D群）12名］。観察期間は7～14日間とし，薬剤使用前後の体重，血圧，心拍数を比較した。【結果】体重は両群共に薬剤使用後に有意に減少したが，血圧は有意な変化は認めなかった。心拍数は，L群では有意な増加を認めたが，D群では有意な変化は認めなかった。【結論】心拍数はLiraglutide投与により有意に増加したが，Dulaglutideでは変化しなかった。

   Aims： The aim of this investigation was to compare the effects of once-daily long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist liraglutide with once-weekly dulaglutide on heart rate of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: The data were collected from 24 hospitalized patients, with type 2 diabetes who had been newly treated with liraglutide or dulaglutide for more than 7 days. The observational period was from 7 to 14 days. Body weight, blood pressure, and heart rate were all compared at the baseline and again after the treatment. Results: Although body weight, but not blood pressure was significantly decreased in both groups, heart rate was increased in the liraglutide group, but not in the dulaglutide group. Conclusions: The differential effects on heart rate were observed between liraglutide and dulaglutide.
